鉑漿是由純鉑微顆粒，有機物和粘合劑經過混合壓制成的均勻膏狀漿料。鉑有著極其穩(wěn)定的金屬屬性，在傳感器電極，高溫共燒元件上發(fā)揮著重要的作用。
施工工藝：
1. 施工工藝。
本系列鉑漿適合大多場合應用場景，絲網印刷，點膠，簡單的手工涂抹均可。印刷后放置5~10分鐘。
2. 烘干，放入烘箱150℃，烘干10分鐘（鏈式隧道爐燒結本步驟可忽略），
3，燒結，5~8℃每分鐘升溫，峰值最低溫度850℃，10分鐘。（根據(jù)實際工藝需要可以燒到950℃，更高的燒結溫度膜層會達到較優(yōu)，電阻也會比較小。使用鉑漿很多場合就是需要鉑高溫下的穩(wěn)定性，所以鉑漿最高可以燒到1400-1500℃膜層還會比較穩(wěn)定。使用時可以根據(jù)需要選擇不同的燒結溫度，鉑漿都能勝任。）
4. 耐溫性能。鉑層在-40~125℃范圍內完全穩(wěn)定不會發(fā)生任何變化。但有的鉑漿燒結后要長期在高溫下工作，有的甚至長期在1000℃左右，我們開發(fā)了不同的漿料類型來滿足各個環(huán)境。
