鉬錳電子漿料是一種可印刷的厚膜導(dǎo)體電子漿料，可用作為氮化鋁，氮化硅，氧化鈹，氧化鋁基片的 表面導(dǎo)體層。
主要特點(diǎn)如下：
與陶瓷收縮率一致，燒結(jié)與陶瓷結(jié)合強(qiáng)度好。 能滿(mǎn)足印刷和小孔填充等工藝要求。
金屬顆粒分散性好，金屬化表面應(yīng)平坦。
