主要特點如下：
與陶瓷收縮率一致，燒結(jié)與陶瓷結(jié)合強度好。
方阻值小。
能滿足印刷和小孔填充等工藝要求。
金屬顆粒分散性好，金屬化表面應平坦。
適合95·96%氧化鋁陶瓷，特別適合致密陶瓷的金屬化。
This Nickel paste apply to alumina ceramic conductive paste，MLCC, etc.
